We do not receive or store your payment-card details; payments are handled by Yoco.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, calculate and fulfil orders, communicate about orders or support requests, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse, and improve the store. We use email for promotions only where you have chosen to receive them.

3. Service Providers and International Processing

We use service providers to operate the store, including Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, Yoco for payment checkout, and Google Analytics only where you accept analytics cookies. These providers may process information outside South Africa. We use them only for the services described in this policy and expect appropriate safeguards for the information they handle.
