Returns & Refunds

1. Your Right to Return
Under Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to all products except custom or personalised items.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must be: unworn and in original condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom-ordered or personalised products, items marked as final sale or clearance, and gift cards.
4. How to Return
To initiate a return: email us at herman@winklertransport.co.za with your order number and reason. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order. Contact us for exchange assistance.
8. Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at herman@winklertransport.co.za with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
